Shipping

We're thrilled to ship your orders and offer tracking to anywhere in the US. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your goodies, and we'll have them on their way to you within 3-5 business days. Just a heads up, any orders placed after 2 pm PST on Friday will start their journey on Monday.

To keep you in the loop, we'll shoot you an email with your tracking number once the package is all set to go.

Now, we know that sometimes unforeseen shipping issues can pop up. From the moment your package leaves Kila Siku until it arrives at your door, the shipper takes full responsibility. If, by any chance, a package goes missing, don't worry! You can file a claim, and we'll work together to sort things out. Once Shipper marks your package as delivered, it becomes your treasured possession, and we, unfortunately, can't offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

Oh, and if you're keen on adding a special touch to your package, like requiring a signature upon receipt, just let us know during checkout in the notes section. Otherwise, for domestic packages, no signature is needed.

Returns

Your satisfaction means the world to us at Kila Siku, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! If, for any reason, you find yourself less than thrilled with your clean, unused purchase, don't worry – you can return all items EXCEPT SAMPLE SALE ITEMS within 21 days of receipt, and we'll gladly give you a full refund. We aim to keep things simple and transparent, so there's a flat rate of $5 deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. Please note that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please note, sample sale items or items listed at 30% off or a deeper discount are final sale and returns are not accepted on these items.

Kila Siku Warranty Policy

At Kila Siku, we believe everyday essentials should be made to last. Each bag is handcrafted by our artisan partners using rescued luxury leather and finished with premium hardware. Because we stand behind their skill and our shared values, we offer the following warranty:

What’s Covered

We guarantee the craftsmanship of your bag for 12 months from the date of purchase.

This includes issues related to:

  • Stitching
  • Hardware (clasps, buckles, zippers)
  • Strap attachments

If something within this scope fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace your bag at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (patina, scuffs, scratches, natural aging of leather)
  • Changes in color/texture that naturally occur with upcycled leathers
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
  • Water damage, stains, or exposure to harsh chemicals

Our Repair Promise

If something happens outside of warranty or outside of coverage, we believe in keeping your bag in use for as long as possible. We’re happy to connect you with our repair partners at a reasonable cost. Because Kila Siku is built to last — not to waste.
